1. Experience in driving vehicles for at least three years;

2. Age: minimum 21 - maximum 75 years;

3. Driving license and identity card;

4. The minimum rental period is 1 day;

5. In case of renting a car, the employer must cover the amount specified in the contract and an equivalent guarantee of  $100 in GEL, the amount will be returned to the tenant after the car returns, in case of an accident or damage of the car, no return will occur;

6. Before issuing a car, the company representative and the landlord will make a visual inspection of the car, upon conclusion of the vehicle inspection, the act of acceptance of the vehicle and the contract will be provided to the lessee;

7. The company transfers the car to the lessee in tidy condition;

8. Geocarrental LLC is insured in the leading insurance companies of Georgia;

9. In case of an accident, the lessee is obliged to call the police, to record incident and contact the Geocarrental number: + 995598-27-22-27 informing about this fact, otherwise the insurance company withdraws from itself any obligations for compensation and all damage liability is born by the lessor;

10. The car is returned to the company after the final visual inspection of the vehicle by company representatives and tenants. The lessee is obligated to return the car to Geocarrental company in its tidy condition, and if the car has had any damage that was not observed during the preliminary visual inspection and did not notify Geocarrental or the representative of the insurance company, the lessor will be responsible at his own expense;

11. In case of accident or other damage during driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the lessor shall take full responsibility to reimburse the all expenses to the company;

12. The insurance company will not reimburse the tenant for damage to the vehicle, engine, gearbox and damage to the vehicle's bridge if the damage is caused by the negligence of the driver;

13. In case of complete damage of the car, the lessor reimburses the company only in the amount of 500 to 1000 US dollars in the equivalent of the national currency GEL for the insurance franchise;

14. The standard of one-day car rental fee  is defined for 24 hours, if the lessee exceeds the standard (24 hours) within 2 hours, the landlord must pay for the one day fee;

15. Payment method - plastic cards PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express in national currency, also paid in cash and transfers;
