1. Experience in driving a car of at least three years;
2. Age: minimum 23 – maximum 75 years;
3. Driver’s license and ID card;
4. The minimum rental period is 2 days;
5. In case of renting a car, the renter must fully cover the amount specified in the contract and the insurance guarantee in the amount of 200 USD equivalent in GEL, which will be returned to the renter after using the car, if there is no damage to the vehicle;
6. Before the car is handed over, a visual inspection of the car is carried out by the company representative and the renter, after which the contract and the vehicle acceptance and delivery act are handed over to the renter;
7. The company hands over the car to the renter in a washed condition, with a fully serviced fuel tank;
8. In case of delivery to Batumi or Kutaisi, the total amount is added to the amount of $ 100 equivalent in GEL
9. The vehicles of LLC “Geocarrental” are insured by the insurance company “Aldagi”;
10. In the event of a traffic accident, mechanical or other damage to the vehicle, the renter is obliged to call the patrol police and report the incident, as well as contact a representative of LLC “Geocarrental” or the insurance company “PSP” by phone: +995 32 218 55 55 and inform about the above-mentioned fact, otherwise the insurance company will be relieved of all obligations to reimburse the amount and the entire responsibility will be borne by the renter;
11. The vehicle is returned after a final visual inspection of the vehicle by the company representative and the lessee. The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle to Geocarrental LLC in a washed condition, with a fully charged fuel tank. If any defect is found in the vehicle that was not noted during the preliminary visual inspection and the representative of Geocarrental LLC or the insurance company was not notified about this, the lessee is responsible for eliminating the defect at his own expense;
12. In the event of a traffic police report confirming the absence of the vehicle, in the event of a road accident or other damage while the vehicle was intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, the lessee assumes responsibility for fully compensating the company for the damage caused;
13. The insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle’s chassis, engine, gearbox and axles if the damage is caused by the driver’s negligence;
14. In case of complete damage to the vehicle, the lessor shall compensate for the damage in accordance with the terms of the contract, based on the insurance deductible, which depends on the value of the vehicle.
15. The standard daily price of a car rental is determined by 24 hours, if the lessor delays the return of the vehicle by 2 hours, the lessor is obliged to reimburse the company for the next day’s rental fee;
16. Payment at Geocarrental LLC is made by non-cash payment, Visa, MasterCard, American Express plastic cards are accepted, and payments are made in the national currency.
